These cards are the ultimate scrapbook for your team’s season, meticulously archiving every key moment and memory. Enough boring talk let’s put together your ultimate set to showcase your season!
The 2025 set will pay homage to the current 2025 proffesional set. We strive to produce a card that will be identical quality both in appearance and card stock. The 2025 set will be available with both “foil” printing (like the commercial cards) and also be available in a more economical stock print.
Getting Started / The Basics
OK, we want to order cards, what do we do next?!? To assemble the perfect set for your team, there are a couple of key things to keep in mind as you pick your options. Cards are printed in sheets of nine (9). What does that mean? If you put together a set of 21 cards, your price will be the same as a set of 27 cards (9x3=27). To maximize the value of your order, we will duplicate one of your team cards to fill in the missing spots. When calculating your set size, the box insert will count as six (6) cards. Wait what? Don’t worry, the order form will calculate everything for you.
Please note that any photos used in the creation of these cards must be used by permission of the photographer. For example, if your team plays in a tournament and official photos are posted via the tournament's social media pages, you MUST get written permission to use those photos. For legal reasons, we cannot reprint photos with a watermark without written permission. If we are unsure about the photo we may ask you about it.

Now that know the basics, let's start building. Grab the Build Sheet (last page of this document) or open the Assembly Document (at link above) and let's start putting this set together. Every set is delivered in a plastic box with a unique insert personalized for your team. The cover image for the box should be an action photo of one of your players. The base set will consist of players, coaches, and checklist card. From there, everything else is customizable.
Base Set
Plastic Box + Insert
Each set is delivered with the cards trimmed to size and collated in a plastic box. The box has two latches to secure the lid. A full color insert is included in the box with the team name, logo and, features your team colors. The lid includes a special “cover” card with the player of your choice. The bottom of the box insert will have your team record, while the inside of the insert will show your team logo.
Player Cards
The base card set features an action photo of each player on the front, along with their name and position. The back contains the players bio information, career stats (if available), and a brief hype paragraph highlighting their season. If previous season stats are not available, only the current season will be used. The stats will be pulled directly from your team’s “GameChanger” (or whatever method your team uses to score games). New players will also have a “Rookie” image on the front (if this is the players first year) or “Future Stars” (if you designate the player as having a break out season). Both hitting and pitching stats will be listed if the player has them available.
Coaches
Coach cards feature a photo of the coach on the front, along with their name. The back contains the coaches bio information, current season team record, as well as the record for any previous seasons coached. Photos can be an action shot of the coach during a game, a front facing pose, or a pic of the coach with their child. Getting photos of coaches is one of the toughest shots to get during the season, but ultimately will be some of the most cherished shots looking back.
Checklist
The final card in the “base” set is a checklist card. This card features a team photo on the front and a list of all of the cards in the set on the back. If you choose to add additional cards, inserts, prism cards, etc., they will also be listed as well.
Optional Add-Ons
Team Leaders
Leader cards feature photos of the top three players in a given category. Coaches can choose what statistical categories they want to feature on leader cards. Typically we suggest picking a balance of pitching and hitting categories, as a way to feature as many different players as possible. The most common categories are batting average, runs batted in, runs scored, stolen bases, era, and strike outs. The back highlights the leaders with a “mug” shot and then list full team results in that category.
League + Tournament Results
League results and tournament results can each get a separate card. Each card will feature a team photo on the front. The back of the league results card will feature “mug” shots of the coaches and the league standings for that season. The Tournament card will show the results of every tournament game played that season.
Team MVP
The Team MVP card will feature a special color “parallel” border, action shot of the player, and a special MVP graphic on the front. The back has a hype paragraph about the players season.
Season Highlights
Season highlight cards are the ultimate way to scrapbook your season. These cards capture a specific moment in the season and are a great way to showcase the fun side of youth sports. We have made highlight cards for a wide variety of moments, including tournament wins, walk off winners, epic home runs, team parties, out-of-town tournament adventures, and special events. These cards feature a special photo on the front and a paragraph about the moment on the back.
Alt Team Set
Sometimes during the course of a season, you may end up with a special alternative version of your team that may even include different uniforms. For 12U teams this could be Cooperstown or Ripken, for others it could be a special tournament that supplements the core team. This additional card set will work just like the base set with player, coach, results, and checklist. The card design for alt team will pay homage to the “anniversary” throwback cards in the current professional set.
Premium Cards / Specialty Printing
Stars of the League
“Stars of” cards are a special series of prism cards that pay homage the current professional “Stars of the” cards. The front features an action photo of the player and the back contains a hype paragraph about the player. The cards are printed on prism card stock for a reflective finish.
Special Inserts
Each season always has special moments or people that keep the program on track. We can create special insert cards and/or series to show-case those memorable times. The example shown was for a special “Moms” series that highlighted each player’s mother. These inserts can be unique “one off” designs or mimic one of the insert series in the current professional set.
In Summary
Our goal is to make your card set something your players, families and friends will cherish forever. Everything is customizable! One size definitely does not fit all, so if you have an idea or modification that you would like to see, just reach out and we can try to make it happen.
